Almatec-FUTUR series provides comprehensive solutions for high purity fluid transmission in the semiconductor industry

>> FUTUR T:

Designed for handling acids and bases, with excellent corrosion resistance and high tensile strength. 

>> FUTUR H: 

Suitable for handling acids and bases at high temperatures, with a maximum temperature of 200ºC. 

>> FUTUR E: 

Excellent wear resistance for handling semiconductor polishing slurries during chemical mechanical planarization (CMP). 

>> FUTUR S/SH: 

Constructed from a single piece of 316L stainless steel, suitable for handling solvent mixtures and strippers, and ATEX compliant.

All of these models feature a compact and simple design with a low number of parts, a small footprint and are made from a solid block of material to ensure long-term durability. All plastic FUTUR T, H and E models do not contain any metal parts. The standard PERSWING P® air control system requires no lubrication or maintenance.

In addition, all pump types and sizes can be equipped with a separately installable pulsation dampener for easy installation. In terms of operation, all models are self-priming, handle liquids with low shear forces and operate quietly.
